Registration

When the file is complete, the application is submitted to the Commercial Register maintained by the Bulgarian Registry Agency. After registration the company receives its unique identification code (UIC), which is also used for tax purposes.

How the Filing Works

• The application can be filed at the Registry Agency or electronically with a qualified electronic signature
• The registry checks that the data in the application and the documents match
• If something is missing, the registry gives instructions to complete it
• Once entered, the company details become public in the Commercial Register

Following the Application
